1. Agreement

By accessing or using Airalytics (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Airalytics provides privacy-first, cookieless web analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to collect personal data in violation of applicable law.
• Send data from websites you do not own or have permission to measure.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

5. Plans, trials and billing

We offer a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials, where offered, convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the analytics data you collect. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airalytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll notify account holders by email and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
